More Control on Default Settings within the Webex App

I have a few enterprise customers that are looking to get more control as to the default settings within the Webex App when a user logs in for the first time. Right now there are very minimal control as to which settings can be defaulted outside of what Cisco picked.


The only options are within the Calling > Client Settings area which are nice but we need control over more settings. Can we expand the options here. Here is the list my clients are looking for.


-Notifications > Spaces > Set to off for (space notification sound, direct message notification sound, favorites notification sound)

-Privacy > Show when in a calendar meeting (checked)

-Notifications > Calls > Check Only mute incoming notifications when I’m in a meeting or Always Mute notifications

-Messaging > Space List > Check Show Favorites on top

-Meetings > Scheduled Meetings > Microsoft Outlook

    Agree, we can't mass deploy/rollout without being able to set defaults as an admin to achieve compliancy.
    Especially the Privacy setting to show presence and status needs to be switched off by default with the option for the user to turn it on
