Currently, the Call Queue feature in Webex Calling allows to configure caller ID name and number, but when calls are sent to agents or forwarded out, the caller ID number of the queue does not display.
On the phone display and webex app the agents only see the caller ID number of the caller.
Webex App today displays where the call is forwarded from which includes the Call Queue name.
If this does not address, please elaborate the use case and how agents would use it for further evaluation.
