webapp users should get a banner/notification to upgrade their browsers to latest version for opitmal experience while in CMS hosted meeting. For certain big custmers, who have external partners joining their CMS hosted meetings face issues like disconnect/reconnects, quality issues in content sharing etc if the browsers are older versions. It is not possible for customers to control how their external entities are joining (older browser versions) however, it does affect their overall meeting experience.
