Our organization relies on the Webex integration with Microsoft Outlook to streamline scheduling and meetings. However, configuring the "Show Webex Availability in MS Outlook" option for each user one by one is cumbersome and impractical for large-scale deployment.

We are requesting the implementation of a bulk management feature to allow administrators to efficiently enable or disable this setting for multiple users simultaneously. This enhancement would greatly improve the administration of Webex and Outlook integration, making it more accessible and manageable for organizations of all sizes.
