Proposing to have the option to block/disable only 1300 calls at the user, location, or account level. We have received requests from multiple customers for this feature to prevent high calling charges and unnecessary calls for specific users. However, as 1300 numbers are categorized under local/national call types, blocking them would impact other local calls as well. We have deals where this is included in the phone system requirement which unfortunately we can't fulfill at the moment.
Enhanced Outgoing Call Permissions feature will take care of the use case described in Aha! ticket. This feature in beta now. Suggest enrolling to Webex beta program to try the feature.
