As a Webex administrator, ensuring a seamless and uniform user experience across your organization is paramount. However, managing individual user configurations, especially for audio settings, can be time-consuming and challenging. We propose implementing a feature that enables administrators to remotely configure the Webex app for all users at the individual level.

This feature would empower administrators to streamline the configuration process by allowing them to set audio preferences, such as microphone and speaker settings, in bulk for all users. Administrators would have the flexibility to customize these settings based on the unique needs of different user groups within the organization.
