Integrate Manually Added Contacts in WebEx to WebEx Attendant Console

The manually added contacts under WebEx Control Hub > Management > Users > Contacts only show in the WebEx App. Customer is requesting these contacts to be integrated in the WebEx Attendant Console (WxAC). Personal contacts in WxAC is only for the WxAC user, and needed to add manually one by one. They need to have this capability for ease of management Organization wide.


Currently the WxAC user manually adds Personal Contacts. They need to add thousands of other contacts outside of their Org, the only way is to add it in WebEx CH > Management > Users > Contacts. But it only shows up in WebEx app. They need it added in the WxAC as well, as another Tab in the contact list together with Colleague, Favorites, and Personal Contacts.

    We are working on features to add flexibility in contact management and personal contacts. Will provide an update once we have the roadmap firmed up.
