Include a "Cant hear you" reaction emoji.
So that participants can tell speakers when they can hear either due to being on mute or connection issues. Its a common problem in meetings and this would inform the speaker immediately there is a problem.

Better yet, allow the Host of the meeting to control Attendees audio. That way I can just boost their audio setting without interrupting the meeting.
