Audio messages

Please add the ability to record and send audio messages through chat. It should be similar as WhatsApp.

    Worth implementing in both instant messaging and persistent rooms. The audio message is much like a file transfer and thus how it's stored/sent should be policy-based.

    It's already in Webex App, please migrate to Webex App for this function
