Teams spaces that anyone could find and join

In Slack there are channels that are open to all users.

Could we have the same feature for teams spaces?
Currently users can't just search to find available teams to join. The search results only show teams that users have already joined.

Users also currently need to be added to a space by a moderator or another user who is part of the space.

    My institution considered hacking this functionality by populating a team with every user account via API. The max team population and the max space population both are way under what is needed for a large institution. If it would be easier to make some announcement spaces via hub administration available to all Webex messaging users, that would be a helpful plan B.
