About webex app Silent uninstall

I noticed that only Cisco Desktop App & Productivity Tool can do Silent uninstall. And the webex app seems to be impossible. Can you add the Silent uninstall function to the webex app?

    Hi Team
We are migrating Jabber into Webex.

    • We are having issues (reached a road block), with centrally bulk uninstalling previous versions, prior to installing the latest version.

    • We have 600 users located in multiple offices across Australia and New Zealand with limited IT staff.

    • Webex is installing ‘CiscoCollabHost.exe’ into multiple location on devices as per below:

      • C:\Program Files\Cisco Spark

      • C:\Users\msowden\AppData\Local\Programs\Cisco Spark

      • C:\Users\msowden\AppData\Local\CiscoSparkLauncher

      • C:\Users\msowden\AppData\Local\CiscoSparkLauncher\42.6.0.22645_f8597e41-e5a9-44fb-b2ad-f910ed7e0708

      • C:\Program Files\Cisco Spark\dependencies\x86

    • Cisco Webex needs to supply an uninstaller program to clean-up all previous version or this should be a feature that runs when updating through the Webex app.

    • Cisco Webex needs to supply an uninstall app to silent uninstall ALL Webex versions from the backend and can be deployed from a central location.

    • Cisco Webex needs to supply a feature to resolve all the above, as we are not comfortable with centrally deploying security patches to a software that is not capable.

    Kindest Regards

    Mark
